 *AN INDIAN FARMER*

The Indian farmer continues to lead a very miserable life even after so many years of country's independence. Though the Indian farmer is the backbone of the country yet he leads a hard life. He is an early riser. He goes to the fields with his oxen, plough the fields, sow seeds, water them and looks after the crops. He has to work in all weathers. He works in extreme heat and bitter cold. To him work is worship. But he does not get a fair price of his produce. His crops are often destroyed by droughts and floods. He provides food to others but he himself goes hungry. He is born in poverty, lives in poverty and dies in poverty. The Indian farmer is exploited by the landlords and the money lenders. Recently there has been some changes in his life. Now his living conditions are improving.


*Health is Wealth*

Health is wealth, without good health life is a burden. Health is our real wealth. It enables us to enjoy our life. Without good health, there is no pleasure in life. A rich man has everything in life. He can purchase everything what he wants. But all these are useless if he doesn't have good health. We can do any work if we are healthy. We must keep our bodies clean to keep healthy. We should take healthy food. If we have good health, our mind will also be healthy. We should avoid bad habbits which causes of dangerous diseases as smoking, drinking etc. We should take proper diet, always keep our mind cool and calm. So, we can say that the real secret of success is good health.


*How to Prevent the Spread of Covid-19?*

COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease) mainy spreads from person to person among those in close contact. The virus spreads by respiratory droplets released when someone infected with the virus coughs, sneezes, breaths or talks. There are many steps we can take to prevent ourselves from getting the COVID-19 virus and spreading it to others. Everyone must refrain from being a part of crowd, shaking hands and hugging. We should keep at least six feet of distance from other persons. We should wash our hands frequently with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. We should wear a mask in public places and avoid touching our eyes, nose and mouth. We should clean and disinfect surfaces we often touch on a daily basis.
